How it works: A small program installed on your computer sends a request electronically via the internet to our servers here at The Technology Coach, this request gives permission to The Technology Coach to see your screen, move your mouse and type on your keyboard all without ever having to leave our office or you having to leave your chair!

This secure and safe remote help tool has been used in corporate offices for years to alleviate the workload of overly busy IT staff, now it's available to you as a small business owner as well!

Available either as a single file installation download from our website or on CDrom at no charge the HELP! file installs on your windows desktop PC and is available whenever you need assistance.

Simply click the link below to begin the installation process, once installed the Help! file and icon will appear on your windows desktop, double click to open the program and then double click again to choose "Technology Coach Remote Help" to send the request for help to our servers.

We strongly recommend that you contact our office first at (905) 366-8234 to initiate the call and begin the trouble shooting process, under most circumstances we can resolve most types of problems in only a few minutes.

Billing for this services is $1 per minute with no minimum number of minutes per call.
